Rita is well known as one of the toughest negotiators in the GTA. She creates solutions for her clients with a steely determination that is second to none. She commits the same overwhelming effort that she applies to a murder or homicide case to all of the assault, drug, fraud and theft cases that she represents.
Born in Riga, Latvia, Rita speaks Russian fluently. She obtained her Undergraduate Degree at York University and went on to complete Law School at the University of Windsor, where she trained at Community Legal Aid and Legal Assistance of Windsor.
Rita Levin
After being called to the bar in 1998, Rita co-founded the law firm of Boggs & Levin with Raymond Boggs.
Ray is noted for his tenacious defenses and powerful cross-examinations. Ray and Rita work together on many of their cases, particularly those which are complex and high profile.
